Where are you getting your information from. you list all these "facts" but the only thing that can be backed up or proven in your statement is the quote from Jimmy Carter's book.

The only thing that cannot be backed up that I have to say is that in an interview professor Kemney stated that the only fatality in the incident was that of an elderly women who died of a heart attack from the media stress of the incident.
And I cant Back that up because I don't remember where exactly to cite that quote.

Im going to believe these quotes and facts because they are both peer reviewed and I have listed the sources all nice and neat for anyone to check on and make sure I am not just making them up.

It is true that there were deaths during both Chernobyl and Three Mile Island, but this number is less than other energy sources. How many coal miners die per year in mines? How many people are effected by Asthma? Look at the refinery fires when considering oil, and hydroelectric power causes plenty of accidental death. Nuclear power is just as safe, potentially safer than almost all other energy sources available to us today.

My only son was born with a one in a million birth defect in 1990 could that be related to TMI. Am I and he entitled to a settlement in light of this ?
